You may view your site statistics at any time by selecting "Site Statistics" on the Navigation Menu.

ControlPoint uses Quantified's Urchin software to provide detailed visitor and usage information. For your convenience, Urchin is always launched in a separate window. When you are done viewing your statistics, you may simply close the new window and return to ControlPoint. Or you may choose to set the Urchin window aside for viewing later.

Urchin provides its own integrated online help system within the Urchin window. For help describing any portion of the Urchin software, scroll down toward the bottom of the Urchin screen, to the section titled "Help Information". Follow any instructions written there.
